It’s that time of year again

The end of December marks the beginning of the resolution making process. With the new year comes the desire to have a better year than the one past. So, here is MoneyTalk’s list of goals for 2007 (financial, and not so). We’ll review these goals on a weekly basis throughout the year.

  • Pay off Chase at the end of January–$439.37
  • Pay off Sallie Mae at the end of June–$13,618.04
  • Save $250 from January to May for seminary extension course–$50 a month
  • Save $75 of blow money for a Wii for niece and nephews
  • Make enough money through freelancing to buy PowerBlocks and stationary recumbent bike
  • Lose 30 lbs. by May 5th–1.6 lbs per week for 18 weeks (best friends wedding)
  • Teach daughter Spanish
  • Learn to play guitar
  • Learn to hit on both sides of the field (softball)
  • Help team get to World Tournament in Orlando, Fla
